ABOUT ME
You are stronger than you think, and I’m here to help you see it.
Life throws challenges our way, but you don’t have to face them alone. Like ivy pushing through brick and concrete, you are capable of growth, resilience, and breaking through barriers. When fears, self-doubt, anxiety, or negative patterns take over, they can feel impossible to escape—but giving them a voice is the first step to letting them go. When it’s hard to believe in yourself, I believe in you.
I know firsthand what it’s like to struggle with self-worth, identity, and belonging. As a Latina and first-generation Canadian, I’ve faced the challenge of finding my place, and as a survivor of purity culture, I’ve had to unlearn shame and rediscover my own truth. I remember the darkness of trying to navigate it all alone. But through hard work and the support of a therapist who truly saw me, I learned to set boundaries, accept love, and be kind to myself. I met the real me—and I really like her.
Now, I help others do the same. You deserve a space where you are heard, supported, and empowered. Let’s build that together. I have overcome many struggles myself. I have struggled with self image and low self worth, unsure of where I belong as a Latina and first generation Canadian, and I am also a survivor of purity culture. I remember what it was like trying to work through all of those complicated problems alone, and it put me in a very dark place. Through a lot of hard work and a wonderful therapist who listened and believed in me, I have learned to open myself up and accept love from others, to set up boundaries that teach others how I want to be treated, and to be kind to myself. I met the real me, and I really like her.
LEARN TO PUT YOURSELF FIRST. WHEN you DO, you will FIND you HAVE MORE OF Yourself TO OFFER.

Nothing is more important for your journey than the right fit between you and your counsellor. Let’s see if we are a good match.

I acknowledge that my practice is on unceded territory that belongs to the Lkwungen People, also known as the Songhees and Esquimalt First Nations communities. I give thanks to the Lkwungen People for allowing me to live and work on their lands. This acknowledgement is a small but important step in healing wounds and restoring the rights of the First Nations Peoples, who were here long before any border lines were drawn.
